England vs Bangladesh Cricket matches in 2016
After visiting Bangladesh on September 30, team England will play a One Day practice match that has been scheduled to be held at Fatullah on October 4, 2016. The team will get exactly one week to be familiar with the condition of Bangladesh.
ODI Matches
1st ODI: First ODI between Bangladesh vs England will take place on October 7, 2016. The venue is Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla stadium.
2nd ODI: Two teams will face each other on October 9 at Mirpur in the 2nd ODI of the tour.
3rd ODI: ODI match number 3 will take place on October 12. The venue is Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury stadium of Chittagong.
England to get three practice matches
After completing the ODI series, team England will play 2 practice matches (each 2 day long) in Chittagong before the Test matches. These matches will be held from October 14 to October 17, 2016. Usually, teams which visit Bangladesh get a One Day and a Three Day match to be played before the series. But this time, England will get two 2-day matches. Earlier, Bangladesh got same sort of service while visiting England in 2005 and 2010 as the tiger played three 3-day matches before the starting of Test series and two matches before ODI series.
England vs Bangladesh 2016 Test Matches
First test between Bangladesh vs England will be started on October 20, 2016 at Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury stadium of Chittagong. Both teams will come back to Dhaka after the first test as the second test will commence on October 28, 2016 at Mirpur. England’s tour in Bangladesh will come to an end on November 1, if the second Test can reach fifth day.
